Enquiry privacy notice
Submitted details are used to respond to business, partnership, research, media, funding or collaboration enquiries to ResistIQ Diagnostics. This website is separate from any diagnostic platform and does not accept attachments.
In staging mode, submissions are validated and discarded. No email is sent, no enquiry inbox is monitored and a test submission will not receive a reply. Use fictional details only.
What you provide
We ask for your name, email address, organisation, enquiry type and message. You may also provide your role, country and permission for related collaboration follow-up. That permission is optional; leaving it unchecked does not prevent us from responding to your enquiry.
Do not submit patient data, medical records, genomic files, clinical information, passwords or payment details. This website cannot provide clinical diagnosis or treatment advice.
How your enquiry is handled
Once live delivery is enabled, submissions will be transmitted to the approved email delivery provider and company inbox so that we can respond. Contact details may be retained for follow-up and relationship management. The website application does not keep a contact database or save message contents in its application logs; email systems retain their own copies. In staging, no provider is called and no message is retained by the application.
To limit spam, the application temporarily uses your network address in memory. Its operational logs record a request reference, time, enquiry category and success or failure, rather than your message, email address or network address. Hosting and email services may process additional technical data to operate and secure their services.
Your choices
Once production contact handling is enabled, you can request a correction or deletion, ask about submitted information or withdraw optional follow-up permission through the approved privacy contact. Staging test submissions are not monitored and cannot be used for those requests.
